Three steps to join our network
Home Profile
Tell us about your home: license, rooms, services, the care areas you accept and the conditions you care for. It takes about 15 minutes.
On-site visit
We visit in person to see your home, meet your team and review your compliance, safety and resident life.
Partnership agreement
Homes that meet our standards sign a partnership agreement and start receiving referrals. We re-vet every home at least once a year.
